Cartofi cu rozmarin si chimen la cuptor



600 gr cartofi taiati in cuburi
1 lingura rozmarin
1 lingura chimen
3-4 catei de usturoi (zdrobiti sau taiati marunt)
1 lingura ulei de masline
piper cayenne dupa gust


Cartofii se pun intr-o tava pentru cuptor, se adauga restul ingredientelor, se amesteca bine astfel incat toate condimentele sunt distribuite uniform. Tava se acopera cu staniol si se da la cuptor, pentru 40 de minute la 220 grade C. Dupa cele 40 de minute se indeparteaza staniolul si se introduce inapoi in cuptor pana ce cartofii devin fragezi si aurii.
