Tortilla cu pesto,omleta si avocado

1 tortilla
3 oua medii sau 2 mari
1 avocado mic
1 lingura pesto
1 lingurita unt

Se unge tortilla cu sosul pesto, ouale se bat bine si se pun in tigaia incinsa, in care s-a topit untul in prealabil. Dupa ce e gata omleta, se pune peste foaia de tortilla, se curata avocado si se taie bucatele si se adauga si el la preparat. Se ruleaza totul sau se pliaza si seserveste cu salata langa, sau diferite sosuri.
