Smoothie cu mar, kiwi si capsuni

100 ml lapte cocos
100 ml apa

Se blenduiesc toate ingredientele pana se obtine un smoothie delicios!

Aceasta masa poate fi consumata la micul dejun sau in ziua de Vitamine a dietei Rina.
