Mic dejun SCARA NUTRITIONALA DUKAN

Turnul din Pisa

1 lingura faina integrala
1 ou
1 lingura cottage cheese (1% sau cat mai putina grasime)
1 lingura goji
1 lingura apa
1 lingurita praf de copt
1 lingurita scortisoara
1 varf cutit de cardamom
1 varf cutit nucsoara
indulcitor dupa gust

Se amesteca toate ingredientele, se pun intr-o cana rezistenta si se da la microunde 3-4 minute (in functie de cuptor). Puteti pune briosa si in cuptorul normal, si o lasati pana cand o scobitoare introduse in mijlocul aluatului iese curata 😀 Serviti cu iaurt grecesc si fructe (max 150gr)
