Mic dejun: negresa integrala

1 lingura faina integrala
1 ou
1 lingura iaurt grecesc 
1 lingura goji
1 lingura apa
1 lingurita praf de copt
1 lingurita scortisoara
1 varf cutit de cardamom
1 varf cutit nucsoara

1 lingurita cacao 0,1%
indulcitor dupa gust



Se amesteca toata ingredientele, se pun intr-o cana rezistenta si se da la microunde 3-4 minute (in functie de cuptor). Puteti pune briosa si in cuptorul normal, si o lasati pana cand o scobitoare introduse in mijlocul aluatului iese curata 😀 Serviti cu iaurt, fructe proaspete (maxim 150 gr) sau dulceata fara zahar.
