Pranz Dukan (Bun si pentru Rina)

Spanac sotat cu ciuperci si burger de pui “uns” cu zacusca

100 gr carne tocata
500 grame spanac proaspat
150 gr ciuperci
1 lingura zacusca
2 catei usturoi
1 lingurita mica de ulei
sare, piper si zeama de lamaie







In burger nu am pus nimic, nu sare, nu piper, nu chili. Desi voi daca doriti puteti adauga ce fel de condimente va pofteste inima. Asa ca, se ia carnea tocata, se formeaza din ea o bila, care se transforma apoi intr-un burger de marime medie. Se prajeste in tigaie, fara ulei. Intr-o alta tigaie, se pune lingurita de ulei, usturoiul curatat si daca vreti taiat in 2 si ciupercile. Se lasa putin la calit dupa care se adauga spanacul spalat si se acopera tigaia cu un capac pana scade bine. La final amestecam putin, adaugam sare si piper, zeama de lamaie si gata! Peste burger am pus o lingura de zacusca de legume fara ulei. Pofta Buna!
