Biscuiti proteici cu unt de arahide si ciocolata neagra

35 g de unt
1 lingura unt de arahide
2,5 ml indulcitor lichid
2 linguri pudra proteica(se pot inlocui cu faina normala)
2 linguri faina de migdale
1 galbenus de ou
1/2 lingurita bicarbonat
esenta de vanilie
10 gr ciocolata neagra 85%
1 lingura lapte de migdale (sau orice lapte aveti prin casa)


1. Untul moale (lasat cel putin 30 de minute la temperatura camerei) se ameste bine cu telul impreuna cu untul de arahide, indulcitorul si bicarbonatul de sodiu
2. Cele doua linguri de faina de migdale, bicarbonatul de sodiu si cele doua linguri de pudra proteica se incorporeaza in amestecul de unt
3. Se adauga galbenusul de ou, laptele si esenta de vaniliei si se omogenizeaza compozitia
4. Se imparte alutul in 3 si se formeaza 3 bilute de marime egala
5. Intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt se aseaza bilutele de aluat si se aplatizeaza cu mana in functie de cat de grosi doriti sa fie biscuitii
6. Ciocolata se taie grosier si se presara peste biscuiti
7. Se introduce tava in cuptor, la 220 de grade pana ce biscuitii devin aurii

Protein Cookies with peanut butter and dark chocolate

35 g butter
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder(can be replaced by regular flour)
2 tablespoons almond meal
1 tablespoon almond milk/any milk of your choice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg yolk
10 gr dark chocolate 85%
vanilla extract
2.5 ml liquid sweetener


1. Mix together the butter at room temperature, peanut butter and sweetener until they become smooth.
2. Add 2 tablespoons protein powder, 2 tablespoons almond meal and baking soda and mix until combined.
3. Add the egg yolk, milk and vanilla extract and mix everything with a spatula.
4. Split the dough into 3 pieces and make 3 equal balls
5. In a pan that was previously lined with parchment paper press the dough balls with your hand, living enough space between them.
6. Chop the chocolate in big chunks and sprinkle it over the cookies
7. Bake the cookies into the preheated oven at 220 degrees until golden-brown.
