Caramel raspberries tart/ Tarta cu zmeura si caramel

Caramel tart

For the crust:

1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons oat bran
1 tablespoon skimmed milk  powder
1 teaspoon cacao
2.5 ml liquid sweetener
vanilla extract

For the filling:
100 ml skimmed milk
1 tablespoon caramel pudding
2.5 ml liquid sweetner

For decor:
Fresh raspberries
A splash of cocoa powder

For the crust:
1. Mix the egg yolk with all the other ingredients into a bowl
2. Spread the mixture evenly into a silicone tart pan
3. Place the pan into a preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown
4. Let the crust to cool completely

For the filling:
1. Into a small sauce pan mix the cold milk the pudding and the sweetener
2. Turn on the stove and and start mixing the milk
4. When the mixture starts to boil, take out from the heat and keep mixing for a minute
5. Let the filling cool


Pentru crusta:
1 galbenus de ou
2 linguri tarate de ovaz
1 lingura lapte praf degresat
1 lingurita cacao
esenta de vanilie
2.5 ml indulcitor lichid

Pentru Crema
100 ml lapte
1 lingura budinca de caramel
2.5 ml indulcitor lichid
Pentru decor
zmeura proaspata (sau congelata)
un varf de cacao

Pentru crusta:
1. Galbenusul de ou se amesteca cu  restul ingredientelor
2. Aluatul astfel obtinut se distribuie uniform intr-o tava pentru tarta
3. Se introduce tava in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 10 minute sau pana devine aurie
4. Se lasa crusta sa se raceasca complet

Pentru Crema:
1. Intr-o oala micuta se amesteca laptele, praful de budinca si indulcitorul
2. Se pune pe foc si se ameste continuu
3. Can budinca incepe sa fiarba, se opreste focul si se mai amesteca inca un minut
4. Se lasa apoi sa se raceasca
