Home made Ravioli with blue cheese and smoked salmon/ Ravioli de casa cu branza albastra si somon afumat

Home made ravioli

For Ravioli:
1 egg
100 gr flour
a pinch of salt

For the filling:
50 gr smoked salmon
20 gr blue cheese
For the tomato sauce:
3 tablespoons tomato juice
1 teaspoon oregano
a pinch of garlic powder

For decor:
10 gr parmigiano
fresh basil

For Ravioli:
1. Mix the egg, flour and salt until you get a dough ball
2. Roll the dough until becomes very thin
3. Cut the dough into whatever shape you want
4. Add small pieces of cheese on half of your ravioli
5. Add small pieces of salmon over the cheese

6. Cover them with the other half
7. Seal them with a fork

8. Bring some water to a boil and cook them for about 5 minutes.

For the sauce:
Mix all the ingredients and pour over the pasta
Enjoy!


 Pentru aluatul de ravioli:
1 ou
100 gr faina
un praf de sare

Pentru Umplutura
20 gr branza albastra
50 gr somon afumat

Pentru decor:
10 gr parmezan ras
busuioc proaspat

Pentru ravioli:
1. Amestecati oul, faina si sarea pana obtineti o bila de aluat
2. Rulati aluatul cu un sucitor pana devine foarte subtire
3. Taiati aluatul in ce forme doriti
4. Adaugati bucatele mici de branza pe jumatate din ravioli
5. Adaugati bucatele mici de somon peste branza

6. Acoperiti ravioli cu jumatatea de aluat ramasa
7. Sigilati cu o furculita

8. Puneti apa la fiert si fierbeti ravioli pentru 5 minute.

Pentru sos: Amestecati 3 linguri suc de rosii, 1 lingurita de oregano si un praf de pudra de usturoi
