Pistachio nutella cake/ Prajitura cu fistic si nutella

For the sponge:
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 pistachio pudding
100 gr ground pistachio
100 ml milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 ml sweetener
pistachio extract

For the syrup:
almond extract
75 ml water
2.5  ml sweetener
vanilla extract

For decor: 
2 tablespoons nutella
fresh strawberries
fresh blueberries

Pistachio nutella cake

1. Mix the eggs with all the liquid ingredients
2. Mix all the dry ingredients
3. Add the dry ingredients over the liquids
4. Add the butter into a cake pan, greased with butter or vegetable oil
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake, comes out clean
6. Let the sponge to cool

7. Make a syrup with the water, pistachio extract and vanilla extract and pour it over the cake
8. Let the cake to sit for 10 minutes
9. Spread nutella in a thin layer over the entire cake and add fresh berries

Pentru blat:
2 oua
3 linguri de faina
1 budinca fistic
100 gr fistic tocat marunt
100 ml lapte
1 lingurita praf de copt
5 ml îndulcitor
esenta de fistic

Pentru sirop:
esenta de migdale
75 ml apă
2,5 ml îndulcitor
esenta de vanilie

Pentru decor:
2 linguri Nutella
căpșuni proaspete
afine proaspete

Pistachio nutella cake

1. Se amestecă ouăle cu toate ingredientele lichide
2. Se amesteca toate ingredientele uscate
3. Se adaugă ingredientele uscate peste lichide
4. Adăugați aluatul intr-o tava unsa cu unt sau ulei
5. Coaceți timp de 25 minute sau până când o scobitoare introdusa in mijloc iese curata
6. Lasati blatul sa se raceasca complet

7. Faceti un sirop cu apă, esenta de fistic și vanilie și turnati-l peste blat
8. Lasati blatul să stea timp de 10 minute
9. Intindeti Nutella într-un strat subțire pe întreaga prajitura și adăugați fructe de padure proaspete
