Butter squash cookies/ Biscuiti din dovleac



I’ve been craving for this these cookies since forever or at least a month or so. And after 5 days of only eating meats and eggs I have decided to make them today. Finally I am able to eat some vegetables! They are really easy to make and trust me, they taste heavenly!


1+1/2 cup butter squash puree

4 tablespoons oat bran

4 tablespoons skimmed milk powder

1/2 teaspoon backing soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

a pinch of ground cardamom

5 ml liquid sweetener

2 tablespoons goji berries


1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

3. With a soup tablespoon spread the cookies on the sheet

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 Celsius or until nice and brown

5. Let them cool before serving




Am poftit la biscutii astia de o groaza de timp sau cel putin o luna. Si dupa 5 zile, timp in care am mancat doar carne si oua, m-am decis in sfarsit sa ii fac. In sfarsit pot manca legume! Sunt foarte usor de facut si credeti-ma, sunt deliciosi!


1+1/2 cana piure de dovleac

4 linguri tarate de ovaz

4 linguri lapte praf degresat

1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu

1/2 lingurita scortisoara

un varf cardamom

5 ml indulcitor lichid

2 linguri goji


1. Amestecati toate ingredientele intr-un bol

2. Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt

3. Cu o lingura de supa formati biscuitii in tava

4. Coaceti biscuitii pentru 10-15 minute la 200 grade Celsius sau pana devin aurii

5. Lasati biscuitii sa se raceasca complet inainte sa ii serviti
