Summer peach and prosciutto pizza

This season I’ve been all into fresh fruits and trying new types of food. I’ve been so curios and excited to find new flavours and adding fruit into my food was my thing. I found on pinterest lots of pizzas with fruits and I said to myself: “why not?” So there you go, my first day of stabilization starts with a delicious pizza!

For the pizza dough:

  • 180 gr whole wheat flour
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 package dry yeast

1. Into a bowl add the water and the yeast and let it set for 5 minutes or until it starts to bubble

2. Add the flour, salt and olive oil into a food processor or standing mixer

3. When the yeast has started to bubble add it over the flour and mix everything for 5 minutes at low speed

4. Place the dough into a greased bowl and let it sit in a warm place until it will double its volume

For the topping:

  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 100 gr chopped mushrooms
  • 100 gr goat’s cream cheese
  • 125 mozzarella chopped in cubes
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar
  • tomato sauce
  • 5 slices of prosciutto di Parma

1. When the dough is ready, spread it evenly on a pizza stone or a regular oven pan

2. Add all your ingredients on it and bake for 15 minutes

For dressing:

  • Chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water

1. Into a bowl mix everything, except the basil, until well combined

2. When the pizza is ready, garnish with the basil and sprinkle some dressing over it.

I’ve served this pizza with some fresh salad (different leaves, cherry tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp sweet corn and what was left from the dressing) It was just amazing!

Pentru aluat de pizza:

  • 180 gr faina integrala
  • 100 ml apa calduta
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline
  • un varf de cutit de sare
  • 1 pachet drojdie uscata

1. Intr-un castron se adauga apa si drojdia si se lasa la dospit timp de 5 minute sau pana cand incepe sa faca bule

2. Adaugati faina, sarea si uleiul de masline intr-un robot de bucatarie sau mixer

3. Cand drojdia a inceput sa faca bule, se adauga peste faina si se amesteca totul timp de 5 minute la viteza mica

4. Puneti aluatul intr-un vas uns cu putin ulei si lasati-l sa stea intr-un loc cald, pana cand isi va dubla volumul

Pentru topping:

  • 2 piersici feliate
  • 100 gr ciuperci feliate
  • 100 gr crema de branza de capra
  • 125 gr mozzarellla taiata cuburi
  • 2 linguri cheddar dat pe razatoare
  • sos de rosii
  • 5 felii sunca de Parma

1. Cand aluatul este gata, se intinde pe o piatra de pizza sau o tigaie obisnuita pentru cuptor

2. Adaugati toate ingredientele pe ea si o coaceti pentru 15 minute

Pentru dressing:

  • Busuioc proaspat tocat
  • 2 lingurite miere
  • 1 lingura sos de soia
  • 2 lingura otet mere
  • 2 linguri apa

1. Intr-un castron se amesteca totul, cu excepția busuiocului, pana se topeste mierea

2. Cand pizza este gata, garnisiti cu busuioc si stropiti cu putin dressing

Am servit aceasta pizza cu o salata proaspata (diferite frunze, rosii cherry, ciuperci proaspete, 2 linguri de porumb si ce a mai ramas din sos). A fost pur si simplu delicios!
