Diet-Day 1/ Dieta-ziua 1

So, I’m done for today. All in all it was a pretty good one, no cravings, no over eating.

For lunch I had a great salad

2 tbsp chickpeas
2 tbsp lentil
2 tbs corn
30 gr feta cheese
70 gr chicken breast
a handful of parsley
1 small cucumber
10 small green olives


At 2:00 pm I got a bit hungry and I new I was going to get home late so I went for a snack
Fruit and Yoghurt cups

1 egg
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp wheat bran
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp peanut butter
fresh fruits


And for dinner I wanted something quick because I was so hungry

200 gr cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1 kiwi
1 tsp chia seeds
1 strawberry

O zi buna zic eu! N-am avut pofte, n-am mancat exagerat!
Pentru pranz:

2 lg naut
2 lg linte
2 lg porumb
30 gr feta
70 piept pui
o mana patrunjel
1 castravete mic
10 masline verzi


La ora doua mi s-a facut putin foame si stiam ca voi ajunge tarziu acasa asa ca am decis sa iau o gustare

1 ou
2 lg lapte praf degresat
1 lg tarate grau
1 lg iaurt simplu
1 lgt unt de arahide natural
fructe proaspete


Iar la cina, am vrut ceva care sa se faca rapid pentru ca imi era groaznic de foame asa ca:

200 gr cottage
1/2 banana
1 kiwi
1 lgt seminte chia
1 capsuna


Si gata! Sunt gata pentru o noua zi! Va multumesc si ne vedem maine!
