Gustare dulce

O gustare dulce e intotdeauna binevenita iar cand mai e si sanatoasa si nici nu iti afecteaza dieta e cu atat mai bine. Ai nevoie de:

  • Curmale mari si carnoase
  • Nuci (braziliene, caju, migdale, alune de padure, arahide, pecan)
  • Ciocolata neagra de calitate (eu am folosit cu 85% cacao)


Ca mod de preparare, nimic mai simplu: se taie curmalele in jumatate si se umplu cu nuci. Se topeste ciocolata si se pune peste fiecare bucatica in parte. 


Optional puteti aduaga fulgi de cocos, nuci sfaramate, fructe uscate. Eu le-am lasat asa simple si au fost geniale!
