Rina

Principiile pe care se bazeaza Rina sunt foarte simple si usor de respectat:

  • 4 zile=4 categorii de alimente (Proteine, Amidon, Carbohidrati, Vitamine)
  • Proteine: Carne, lactate, oua + legume (fara amidonoase) Nu se amesteca proteinele intre ele
  • Amidonuri: Cartofi, orez, porumb, quinoa, fasole, naut, etc+ Legume
  • Carbohidrati: Fainoase procesate, paine, biscuiti, covrigi, produse de patiserie+ obligatoriu 40 gr ciocolata neagra+legume (atentie la cantitate si nu combinati carbohidratii cu proteinele)
  • Vitamine: legume si fructe proaspete, fara sare si ulei (nu amidonoase)
  • Micul dejun e mereu acelasi. Intre 4:00-12:00 se pot manca fructe din 2 in 2 ore
  • Intre pranz si cina minim 4 ore
  • Dupa 20:00 nu se mai mananca nimic
